At Tagsen, we make custom printing delivery simple, transparent, and reliable. Whether you've ordered business cards, brochures, stickers, banners, or packaging — this page explains everything you need to know about your printing order delivery in India.

Processing Time

Every custom print order at Tagsen is handled with precision. All orders are carefully reviewed, printed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons — such as Diwali, year-end, or festive periods — processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience and always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

For bulk corporate printing orders or large-format printing (banners, flex), processing time may vary. You will be notified of any delays via email.

Shipping Rates

Tagsen offers Standard Shipping across India for all custom printing orders — including business cards, stickers, letterheads, labels, and packaging material. We believe in complete pricing transparency.

Your exact shipping charges are calculated based on your order weight, size, and delivery location, and will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges — what you see is what you pay.

We continually work to keep our Tagsen shipping rates competitive so that online printing in India is affordable for both individual and bulk orders.

Delivery Time — Print Delivery Time India

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard custom printing delivery takes 4 to 6 business days across India. This means your total time from placing an order to receiving it is typically 5–8 business days.

Print delivery time in India may vary based on:

  • Your delivery location (metro cities are usually faster)
  • Weather conditions and local holidays
  • Courier partner availability in your area
  • Order complexity and quantity

We strongly recommend placing your printing orders well in advance, especially for events, trade shows, or festive campaigns, to ensure on-time delivery.

Order Tracking — Track Your Printing Order

Tagsen makes order tracking for printing simple and stress-free. As soon as your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in two ways:

  • Visit tagsen.in/track_order.php and enter your order details
  • Track directly on our courier partner's website using the tracking number provided

If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team at ops@tagsen.com.

Damaged or Lost Print Orders

We take great care in packaging every order so it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your print order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 2 days of the delivery date
  • Email us at ops@tagsen.com with your order number
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or products

Our team will promptly investigate the issue with our courier partner. Based on the circumstances, we will offer either a replacement reprint or a full refund. We stand behind the quality of every custom printing order delivered through Tagsen.

Please do not discard the original packaging, as it may be needed during the investigation process.

International Shipping

At present, Tagsen offers Standard Shipping within India only. We currently do not ship custom print orders internationally.

We are actively working to expand our delivery network and hope to offer international shipping for online printing orders in the near future. If you are located outside India, we encourage you to check back periodically for the latest updates on our shipping capabilities.

For NRI customers or businesses with offices in India, please use your Indian delivery address to place your order.
